Only what you type

This site does not use advertising tags, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

The contact form does not send data to a server. Once validated, it opens your email application. We receive only the message you choose to send from there.

Fonts, images and video are served from this site. The hosting and network-protection services may process technical logs and set a strictly necessary security cookie, such as Cloudflare's bot-management cookie, to protect and operate the service.

Answer you, and nothing else

We use your message to reply to it and to carry on the conversation it opens.

We do not sell, rent or share your details. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and your consent for anything beyond that.

Messages are kept for as long as the exchange is useful. Prospect contact details used for commercial follow-up are kept for no more than three years from collection or the last contact initiated by that person.

You can ask us to stop

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to us holding it at all.

Write to contact@orateva.fr and we will answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
